Business Website Service Terms (₹3999)

1. Scope

The ₹3999 package includes design, setup and launch of a business website as described on the service page (pages, contact form, mobile-responsive design, and the inclusions listed at the time of order). Anything outside the listed inclusions is charged separately and only with your approval.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business details, content, images and requirements through the order form.
• Respond to review/approval requests in a reasonable time.
• Ensure you have rights to all content you provide.

3. Payment

Full payment is made at order time via the secure payment gateway. Portal Credit may be applied where eligible. Work starts only after payment confirmation.

4. Domain & hosting

Domain and hosting inclusions depend on third-party provider availability and are confirmed after your order. If you already own a domain/hosting, you must provide access for setup. Renewal costs after any included period are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Development, revisions & approval

We share a preview for your review. The package includes the revision rounds listed in the inclusions; additional revisions may be chargeable. Final delivery happens after your approval.

6. Delivery

The target delivery date is shown in your portal after requirements are accepted. Timelines depend on how quickly required content and approvals are provided by you.

7. Cancellation & refund

Cancellable with refund before development starts. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion and may be partial depending on work completed (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

8. Third-party services

Domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for third-party outages or policy changes, but we will assist you in resolving issues.
