Course Terms

1. Enrolment

• Course fees are separate from the portal registration fee and are shown clearly before payment.
• Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• Each course page states its duration, mode, eligibility and fee.

2. Learning & attendance

• Online courses are accessed through your portal LMS with progress tracking.
• Offline courses follow the batch schedule assigned by your branch/trainer; regular attendance is expected.
• Distance programmes include study material and periodic assessments as described.

3. Exams & results

Exams/assessments are conducted as per each course's structure. Results are published in your portal and carry a unique, publicly verifiable result number.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements (lessons, exams and any practical components). Each certificate carries a unique number and QR code for public verification.

Certificates issued by us certify completion of our own programmes only. We do not claim university recognition, UGC/AICTE/NSDC approval, or government affiliation unless officially granted and separately published.

5. Cancellation & refund

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once substantial course content is consumed or a certificate is issued, refunds may not be possible.

6. Fair use

Course access is personal to you. Sharing your login or redistributing course content can lead to suspension without refund.
