1. About the platform

Gargi 9X Solution is a digital education and services platform offering online, offline and distance learning programmes, a student portal (LMS, results, certificates, digital I-Card), a shop, a business website service and a referral programme.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• One person may hold only one portal account. Duplicate or fake accounts may be suspended or terminated.
• Accounts found involved in fraud, misuse or policy violations may be suspended pending review.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) before payment. Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). The payable amount is always computed and verified on our servers. We never store your card or banking credentials.

4. Specific terms

• Course Terms — enrolment, fees, exams and certificates
• Refer & Earn Terms — referral rewards and withdrawals
• Business Website Service Terms — the ₹3999 website package
• Shipping & Delivery Policy — shop orders
• Refund & Cancellation Policy — all refunds and cancellations

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.
• Do not create self-referrals, duplicate accounts or engage in any fraudulent activity.
• Content you submit (forms, requirements, uploads) must be lawful and must not infringe others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

Course content, portal design, logos and platform materials are the property of Gargi 9X Solution or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or resell them without written permission.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time in accordance with applicable law. The current version and its date are always shown on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
